As I said to Kate and Matt at Revill Mowers, you can tell more about a business when things don't go quite as smoothly as everyone would like. I ordered stuff that was out of stock and communication was responsive, friendly, flexible helpful and rapid each time I asked where we were up to with the order. Eventually when an item arrived with a fractured circlip on a drive shaft, there was no stock to exchange the item because it sold out rapidly, but the staff sourced a new driveshaft, called me before sending it to check I was comfortable to do the swop and then sent it direct from the manufacturer to me. June 19, 2025I cannot say how great this company is- I was having trouble finding the right parts for my Husqvarna lr120 sit on mower- I was getting worried and annoyed as I couldn’t find them. I came upon Revill mowers ltd and gave them a call and they helped me- these people here treat you like family- they helped me find my part- kept me up to date and responded to me email within 30 minutes. Honestly they saved me so much stress and sadness and they have made my day. Don’t order from anyone else just this company- they have the best reputation and treat you like a family- I will be ordering anything I need from here I would trust this company with fulfilling my order and getting it here on time. Walked away having purchased a Stiga Cordless mower in the comfort of supporting a local independent business, while knowing that this level of knowledge and customer service is not available with the high street chains.
