Couldn't wish for a better service! Yesterday afternoon I phoned Revill about a broken cutting deck part for a 7 year old ATCO ride-on mower. Once Mathew in spares had the details of my machine, he emailed me the correct deck lift parts diagram, checked that he had the relevant new part (a rear lift axle) in stock before I ordered it from Revill's website, and it arrived this morning. All fitted fine, and the machine's back in use (the broken part turned out to have a fatigue failure which had propagated from a weld). Very happy with the service! Just wish I'd ordered a spare new belt while I was at it.

We recently visited Revill Mowers looking for a robot mower. We had spoken to several other local companies that were not as competitively priced and did not appear to be able to do what we were asking. Russell visited our property and immediately began problem solving areas on our lawn that we were worried about and told us realistically what could be achieved and how. He provided us swiftly with a competitive quote and the lawn mower was fitted within a few weeks. I knew from the first time we met Russell that he was the man for the job. His fingers were green showing me that he was a hands on mower man! He did not disappoint. He was courteous and polite, quick and efficient and came back a week after installation to make the very few tweaks that needed doing without question and as part of the price. Our lawn has gone from strength to strength. I cannot recommend Revill Mowers highly enough. If you are looking for a reliable and competitively priced company whose customer service is second to none, look no further.
